We work on commercial real estate, including apartment, industrial, retail, and office assets, with the goal of becoming a trusted partner for LA-area portfolios, one project at a time.
Founder & Principal
The BZK Group was founded to bring an ownership mentality to general contracting. Our leadership team comes from the institutional side of multifamily real estate, having been part of over $450MM in commercial real estate capitalization and transactions. That experience covers the full lifecycle of a deal: sourcing, underwriting, and closing the acquisition, then asset and construction management through execution of the business plan, through to disposition. It spans all commercial real estate asset classes, including apartment, industrial, retail, and office.
As construction managers on the ownership side, our team has overseen renovation and capital improvement work firsthand, giving us direct insight into where renovation projects typically break down: unclear scope, unrealistic timelines, unpredictable costs, and sloppy invoicing.
That ownership perspective drives how The BZK Group operates. Every dollar spent is evaluated for its return, not just its cost, and every project is run with the discipline of an institutional capital project rather than a one-off job. The goal isn't just finished construction; it's value added to the property, down to the small details that get overlooked elsewhere.
Our team has passed both California contractor licensing exams, with licensure currently in process.
